LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - A woman who was on the FBI’s most wanted list for parental-kidnapping cases appeared in court Friday. Investigators connected Debra Newton to a missing person case in Louisville from 1983. Friday was the second court appearance for the woman accused of kidnapping her own daughter more than 40 years ago.
